Photographs
Photographs are very helpful but are not totally necessary. If you can't provide
photos don't worry, we will still be able to help you.
A
few simple photos
We only need a few simple photos. Our enquiry form enables you to attach up to three photographs. If we
need anymore
we will let you know.
Colour reproduction
Don't worry to much about the colour reproduction. Any flash photograph will
distort the colour. We can normally recognise the colour and will confirm the
actual colour later.
What to send
We don't need a picture of a hole or crack! General views of the damaged item
are best. We can normally identify the item by it's shape and style. Sending
pictures of matching undamaged items can also help us.
Technical stuff
Save the photos on your PC in JPEG format with a name you recognise (eg: bath01,
basin 02) Use the browse facility on the enquiry form to find the picture
then just click on it to attach it. IT'S EASY
