Getting the details we need
You may not know a lot about your bathroom and the item you are trying to
replace. Our enquiry form only asks for a few details.
Before you start here are a few tips to help you complete the form with the minimum of fuss.
Photographs
A picture can speak a thousand words. Our simple to complete enquiry form enables you to simply
attach up to three photographs.
Colour Selection
Bathroom suite colours have names (eg: Avocado, misty Grey or Champagne) If you
know the name that's great , and you can include the name on the form. You could just give us a description (eg:
Grey, cream, red, blue etc). We also have an online colour section tool which enables you to give us an
approximation as to the colour.
Remember we will send you a colour sample for final confirmation that the
colour has been correctly identified.
Ignore all this if the item you require is white.
Manufacturer
It's helpful to know the manufacturer of your damaged item.
